This "31" is a 1970, very original. Very low use boat, owned by doctor, with gas engines, chart plotter, GPS, autopilot, two Icom radios, trim tabs,outriggers, bow pulpit with custom stainless steel rail, 5 scoop bait tank, running gear good, props look great, cutlass bearings at 50%, engines run great, 454's look to be recently gone thru. It has a main fuel tank that needs replacement and she is currently operating on the two aluminum saddle tanks. Inside is what you might expect from a 38-year-old original boat.
Boat is very fishable in its current state. Windows are crazed. She has extensive new re-wiring, appears to be up to code, newer norcold refrigerator, power inverter,new electrical panel, shore power, head with holding tank, lower station gauges and no steering wheel, we are selling her for $28,000.00. She is featured on our home page, www.31Bertram.com She was brought up to what we call an 85% restoration, the interior and window frames looked so dated against the new paint and cockpit that we couldn't live with it and tore it apart again. She has 210 hp Cummins 6 BT's, this is a nice "runner" many shops would consider her fully restored, we call it 85%. She will sell in the 125k range with existing diesel engines with windows installed, cushions, galley counter with granite countertop and cushions. She will be listed in the 175k with new engines and survey as a new vessel.
